EDM version 19.1 will go into partial support from June 2021

 EDM version 19.1 which is currently fully supported, will go into partial support from June 2021 onward.

Partial Support comprises investigation and replication (where possible) for a 1 ADDITIONAL YEAR from the date that full support ends. However, we cannot guarantee to have a local support environment available, and support may be limited to WebEx sessions, Enterprise Software Jira, telephone and e-mail support. 

EDM version 18.2 in partial support starting November 2020

 EDM version 18.2 is no longer in full support. Starting November 2020, this series is in partial support.

1. Data Illustrator supports an 'Auto refresh from template' option. However too many changes were being made, leading to all customisations within the illustration being lost.// via EDM-21920
2. Concurrent component runs through multiple browser tabs by the same web user is now available when the process run is triggered via the Process Launcher REST API service. // via  EDM-23327
3. Within Data Generator grids in the  Web UI, duplicating DateTime values using Ctrl-D, or Copy using Ctrl-C and pasting (Ctrl-V) now works correctly. Previously the paste action failed. // via EDM-23363
4. Field mappings using variables (e.g Runtime variables, Database variables, SQL variables etc) now works for a Data porter that writes to a table in an Oracle database. // via EDM-23282

EDM v19.2.30.5 is now available

The previous 19.2 feature release (EDM v19.2.30.0) released on 12th June, 2020, has been withdrawn! Any clients on EDM v19.2.30.0 are strongly advised to not use it and upgrade to the new 19.2 feature release of version 19.2.30.5.

This release fixes 3 critical issues identified in EDM v19.2.30.0:

1. Core Matcher component can now be successfully exported via the Export Package wizard and the equivalent Command Line Import Export tool. No dependencies errors occur. // via EDM-22979
2. Requesting Historical solution run details now renders the Success/Fail information and Process Run Log quickly with no significant delays. This affected customers with large Process Log / Process History tables (e.g. especially where Cadis Audit and Archive may not have been run for a while). // via EDM-22991
3. Event Watchers relying on a database queue as the destination point are once again functional. The affected Event Watchers are: Amazon SQS, RabbitMQ and Solace // via EDM-22664
