Cadis Support Improvements

To enable Cadis to provide our clients with an improved and efficient support service we have implemented the holding of a 'support ready' copy of client’s databases which will be useful for testing and performing periodic health checks.

Cadis Support will contact clients on a quarterly basis to request a refreshed copy of their database and as we hold copies of all client databases we can comply with whatever security restrictions clients wish to put in place.

Further information on Cadis Support can be found here

Of course, Cadis will continue to support Data Transformation Services (DTS), and customers will be able to choose which they prefer to use when porting data.

Enhanced auditing functionality

For some time clients have been asking for a clearer DataGenerator audit trail.

V7 introduces an open and flat table structure, which is easy to read by anyone who is interested in this information.

Similarly, we received a request to show an audit of when process definitions were modified, so that a history of changes could be viewed by date and by who made the change. This has also been added as a new feature of V7. In addition, a DataGenerator Inbox which allows you to view this information, plus a new Cadis Reporting report will be shipped with Cadis as standard.
