Contacting IHS Markit EDM Support

The IHS Markit EDM Support Team can be contacted via telephone, email or by logging an issue in Enterprise Software Jira, our online support call logging and tracking service

Members of the support team are always on call to assist you with Severity 1 Production issues .
Should you encounter a Severity 1 Production issue please contact the teams noted below confirming that the issue is preventing you from operating your production system(s) and you are unable to continue until this has been resolved and a member of the team will be available to assist you. 
We request that clients make contact with Markit EDM via on call support for any severity 1 issues and only when contact has been established should email be used.
