New Addition to the Cadis Support Team and Extension to UK Support Cover

In our continued effort to improve the support service to our clients, Cadis are pleased to announce a new member to the Cadis Support Team based in our Hong Kong Office, Shing Lee.

Shing will be working on 2nd line support in order to improve the resolution times of Cadis support issues and to this end UK support has also been increased to cover the hours of 8am to 7pm.

To this end, we have recently appointed a new member of our testing team, Gary Bradshaw. Continuing on the theme that Cadis Documents Success, these documents cover the essential elements and critical parts of almost any Cadis Implementation.

The documents cover:

The timing of these documents is also important and an initial overview document highlights what should be produced and when.
