Bloomberg Server API (SAPI) plug-in available

A new Data Porter plug-in has been created to request reference data from the Bloomberg Server API (SAPI) interface. The plug-in can be used to request data and additional underlying securities quickly and efficiently in a single run of the Data Porter.

A Cadis package will shortly be available which includes all the components and reference tables necessary to use this facility with no more configuration than the traditional Bloomberg feeds.

Cadis integrates with Westclintech

Cadis has integrated with Westclintech, a provider of embedded Financial and Statistical functions via the rule builder.

Westclintech's functions have been incorporated into Cadis as rules, which may be found here on the Wiki

User Interface Workflow documentation updated

The v8.0 User Interface Workflow documentation has been updated on the wiki here so that the most commonly used guides are listed at the top of the main page.

Guides for best practices and additional walk-throughs have also been added, in preparation for the upcoming Client Advisory Group meetings.
