As part of our migration from S&P to Gresham, we are introducing new contact numbers for reaching the Opus EDM Support teams. These numbers are now active and should be used for all future telephone support enquiries.
For a limited transition period, the existing S&P numbers will remain operational and will automatically forward to the new Gresham numbers. However, we kindly ask that you update your internal records as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition.

Support Model
These numbers operate under a follow‑the‑sun model, meaning:
- Any L2 number you call will automatically route to the L2 team currently on shift.
- During weekends or public holidays, when L2 is not readily available, calls will be routed to our L1 Global Support Service (GSS), who operate 24/7.
- If you prefer to contact L1 directly, the new Gresham L1 number above can be used at any time.
