Markit EDM Support - Database Backup

Markit EDM continually strive to improve the support service we provide to all of our clients and to further achieve this we would like to have a 'support ready' copy of your database. Markit EDM can comply with whatever security restrictions clients wish to put in place, we do not need data so clients can safely truncate all "T_"tables.

Best Practice is to provide an updated backup on quarterly basis as this will allow the support team to quickly and efficiently replicate issues encountered and provide timely resolution. We can also carry out value added services such as periodic Health Checks of the database and Pre-upgrade Analysis.
