EDM v19.2.35.144 is now available

 Release Date: 24 March, 2022

This release brings some of the following improvements:

1. 'Export to Excel' feature, used in Data Generator, Data Manager and Core Matcher now exports content as an Excel Workbook (*.xlsx) file. Previously an Excel legacy Xml Spreadsheet 2003 (*.xml) format was used.
2. Process State check wizard has been integrated into the CadisImportExport command line tool to allow for automation.
3. The Internet Utilities plug-in class - MultiRequests now supports custom header generation.
4. The Petra (previously called PetraWrite) plugin now contains all pre-existing classes for writing data from EDM tables into Petra, and also new classes for reading data from Petra into EDM tables without intermediate CSV files

EDM v19.2.35.130 is now available

This release brings some of the following improvements:

1. Data porter can now send messages with Key and Headers. Currently this enhancement is compatibilities with sending messages to Kafka topics or the Database queue.
2. The database queue table - CADIS_SYS.MQ_MESSAGE is extended to support messages with key and header. Currently, only the Kafka Event watcher can detect and move messages with key and header off Kafka topics into the destination Database queue.
3. Data flow and Data porter can processes messages from the Database queue with key and header content.

EDM v19.2.35.126 is now available

 Release Date: 7 February, 2022

This release brings some of the following improvements:

1. Data Manager: Grid UI element has 2 new options - Highlight differences (enabled by default); Show Nulls as Different (disabled by default).
2. Data Porter Plugin: 'XLSX To File' has a new parameter - Include Formula? Ensuring the formula in Excel cells is only exported when explicitly requested.
3. Data Flow: Is Valid SEDOL function now only passes B-Z chars and digits 0-9 like Rule Builders. Also restrict pre-2004 format to numbers.
4. Thick Client: Can now recover from a corrupted ConsoleSettings.xml file with the help of automated settings backups.
5. Previously on writing data into the Petrel Studio using EDM Studio plugin, a dataset was rejected if at least a single record failed to process due to an error. From now, if an error is found for a record, then the plugin continues to execute for all remaining records of the dataset.

Please note that the host name of the Markit client sFTP site has changed from files-eu.markit.com to files-eu.ihsmarkit.com. Please ensure your connection details are updated accordingly.

EDM v19.2.35.109 is now available

 Release Date: 21 December, 2021

The release brings some of the following improvements:

1. Packaging has been improved making it easier to create rollback packages during promotion. As well as rollback templates while packaging (as per the older manual process).
2. Solution Process History filters added for 'Max Preview Rows' (1000 be default) ensuring quick fast display irrespective of the number of historic runs.  Historic logs are now also available in Read Only mode.
3. Process Logs with a special RunId 0 can be created describing component locking issues for top level solutions. This can be useful in helping to identify EDM locking performance issues.
4. Changes to XML schema in Database parameters are now detected on opening a data porter for editing.  Additionally changes can now be promoted via packages.
5. CADISProcessAgent.exe / Process Launcher runs where one of the parameters is provided with blank / null no longer causes following parameters to be ignored.
6. Audit & Archive improvements to provide more flexibility as to when logs / audit are cleaned up.

EDM v19.2.35.94 is now available

The release brings some of the following improvements:

1. A new data porter plug-in: DPFtpPlugin allow EDMs to interact with an FTP site.
2. The FTP Event Watcher has 2 new event watcher variables: Watched Path; Watched Directory.
3. Bulk actions in the Core matcher correctly allows re-align of source results to a different match id. Previously incorrect validation that duplicate would occur restricted this action.
4. Solution runs now log when EDM Locks cause delays as part of 'On Demand' locking (default), previously only 'In Advance lock' issues were logged.
5. Performance of write operation for Well Headers was significantly improved for Studio plugin versions 2019 and 2020
6. Well Log plugin (also known as DPEnergyLogPlugin) was extended with a new class DlisReader which allows parsing files of DLIS format into EDM tables

7. Performance significantly improved for EnergyDataServicesPlugin class which operates with GET requests to the API
