Contacting Markit EDM Support over the festive holidays

The Markit EDM Support Team can be contacted via telephone, email or by logging an issue in EDM Direct, our online support call logging and tracking service during the holiday period.

A member of support is always on call for Severity 1 Production issues.
If a severity 1 issue occurs please call +44 7912 088 691 confirming that the issue is preventing you from operating your production system(s) and you are unable to continue until this has been resolved and a member of the team will be available to assist you. We request that clients make contact with Markit EDM via on call support for any severity 1 issues and only when contact has been established should email be used.
