Markit Enterprise Software JIRA production support portal and EDM Confluence document repository

IHS Markit is pleased to introduce a new user interface that will affect how you access the current Markit Enterprise Software JIRA (projects.markit.com) and EDM Confluence (supportlibrary.markit.com)

The new portal will provide security and single sign-on capabilities for the IHS Markit products and support services.

The upgrade changes are scheduled to be rolled out on March 6^th 2017. Following the changes, you will receive a notification email with the URL and password reset links. Please save this URL in your favourites and note that the validity of the password reset link is 24 hours.

To ensure the security of your data, as well as to align with industry-wide best practices, there will be a change in the list of browsers that support projects.markit.com and supportlibrary.markit.com effective March 11^th 2017.
